the frame looks good but...
Received the frame - three points for your information. This took 2.5 weeks to receive - in my opinion that is too long unless you indicate as such on the order the mounting screw heads are much much too small - I have many tools - none fit your Robertson tiny heads - had to go to home depot and picked up 4x3/8 wood screws that finally worked the mounting flanges didn't fit my frame - I had to bend them to fit - not easily done - required my vice and heavy needle nosed pliers - my print was from Walmart and so I suspect they cheaped out on the thickness of the wood in the print - but I should have been able to adapt the mounting flanges more easily Other than that the frame looks good and works

Think you all might have added some extra packaging around them in the box - that seemed to be extra great too as they were really well cushioned. Fantastic job. I absolutely love my print. I bought some new bedroom furniture, and the old print didn’t fit over the higher headboard. A friend suggested I use one of my own pictures from Tofino. I knew I wanted something long and narrow, so I cropped one of my sunset shots of Crystal Cove, uploaded the file, and it was so easy. The size options popped up, I selected the one I wanted - 20 x 45, and had the final product in my hands within 5 days. I will definitely do it again. Can’t wait to see what shots come out of my next trip, and what new “art” I can get for the walls then.
