in perfect condition I just want to say this was the first time I've ordered a custom canvas and I was a little nervous about it.
I will DEFINITELY be ordering from you again. It just arrived in the mail faster than I expected and in perfect condition. Everything from ordering to receiving went perfectly smoothly and the finished product looks amazing. This is a gift for my in-laws. This is the view from their windows of their home in which they are going to be selling in the spring to move from Victoria to the Okanagan. This keepsake will always warm their hearts when they look at it.

ALi, | Not happy I am not happy with your service. On April 17. I was miss-leaded by your information to assume that the regular delivery time was 5 days, and I gave 20% extra $ to have my frame in 2 days. When I tracked the package, the expected delivery day was April 29. I missed my deadlines because of that. I expect to get my 33$ for \'speedy delivery\' back.
You may be loosing big orders from me. This was a test order. Also, the marked weight on the parcel was 2x more than reality (hence the larger amount for delivery then promised by your Web-page?) Very negative experience.

Jarmila K., Montreal | I ordered a floating frame the end of March and it was not shipped until May 5th. It arrived last Monday and it does not have any of the hardware to attach the canvas to the frame. Should that have been included with the frame? And if so, could it be sent to me now?
