Julia, Seattle	the frame looks good but... Received the frame - three points for your information. This took 2.5 weeks to receive - in my opinion that is too long unless you indicate as such on the order the mounting screw heads are much much too small - I have many tools - none fit your Robertson tiny heads - had to go to home depot and picked up 4x3/8 wood screws that finally worked the mounting flanges didn't fit my frame - I had to bend them to fit - not easily done - required my vice and heavy needle nosed pliers - my print was from Walmart and so I suspect they cheaped out on the thickness of the wood in the print - but I should have been able to adapt the mounting flanges more easily Other than that the frame looks good and works Jejoo,	absolute delight We in the world have a tenancy to complain so I thought I would take a minute and highlight my absolute delight with the service I receive from your company. The quality of framing material is excellent and the quality of the completed frames is exceptional. They are delivered on a tight schedule and the packing is the best I have ever had. Cost is fair and I do get quality in each frame. Well done and thank your staff on my behave for their excellent quality of their efforts.
